Once the 30-minute window has passed, your order has already begun processing. At this stage, we are preparing your Ingenia personal safety alarm for shipment, and cancellation is no longer possible.
If your order has already been processed and shipped, you may still be eligible for a return under our Returns & Refunds Policy once your order arrives.
